B.E.S.T. Sports and Youth Development have developed the ultimate in sports camps. We develop the child’s confidence throughout the week using sports including soccer, Gaelic football, rugby and many fun games.
We also incorporate theme days, events during their lunch break and of course other super surprises. The children are looked after in a safe and friendly environment with qualified coaches who are enthusiastic about their coaching and work diligently to make every moment of your child participation a rewarding one. By the end of the camp your child’s confidence in sport will have increased and their ball mastery will have improved. These camps are developed for children aged between 4-14yrs.
Camp Type
Multi Sports Camp- Gaelic football, Athletics, Tag Rugby and Soccer are just some of the sports te children will be taking part in during the week. We also introduce the children in other sports such as Olympic handball, Rounders etc. These camps will introduce new sports and the local clubs to the children and thus give them the chance to enjoy sport throughout the year.

Paul:Hello my name is Coach Paul; I have come to B.E.S.T all the way from England to coach on the summer camps. I have a vast array of experience from playing for Grimsby town and England school boys and several semi professional clubs. My coaching experience started with Burton Albion then I went onto Liverpool fc academy where I worked alongside some of the legends such as Phil Thompson, Gary Ablett, and Robbie Fowler.I then moved onto working for derby County FC working with children aged 8 – 14 .After 2 very successful years I moved over the water to the U.S.A where I coached all ages of children in 15 states, the experience was amazing. When I came back from the states I coached for Aston villa and have worked with there academy at u14 level for 2 years. I have an H.N.D in sports performance and coaching in which I received level 2 coaching badges in football, basketball, volleyball, squash, tennis, netball and hockey and also my first aid certificate. I am looking forward to coaching and having so much fun at the B.E.S.T summer camps here in Ireland. I will be pleased to see you all come along for these camps to join me and the legend that is coach Barry to have so much laughter and fun.
Coach Shane: Hello to all, Just to let you all know I'm really excited about this years camps and hope to see many new faces this year. Last year was one of the greatest camps I've ever coached in Monaghan and thanks to all our superstars for dressing me up during the dress the coach day!!! I'm still playing GAA for the county and my local team and am hoping to pass on just a few of my gaelic secrets to all you superstars out there. See you on camp !!
