If you would like to give your own testimonial as a parent or coach please contact us and we would love to add it to our great friends below. Please email: team@best4coaching.com

The American game against our girls was amazing as most of our girls have never played in front of a crowd like we had here today. Hopefully we can repay the visit to America. I know my girls have made friends with a few of the American girls and it would be great to play in America with our new friends.” – Enda Fields, County Monaghan U-14 G Development team Manager.

“I’ve never walked out in front of a traditional bag piper before. It was class. The American girls are such a laugh. We taught each other different dances after the game and some of their Irish dancing was better than ours! – Shauna Fields, NECSL Co-captain

“We can’t thank you enough for an absolutely amazing trip. This was truly a gift to our family and the whole team.” – Nancy Karas, Madison Mother and RTI co-ordinator

“Having worked with many children it is great to see how B.E.S.T. and their coaches involve every child. Each coach works hard to make the children feel part of the team unrelated to their skill level. Professional service every time.” – Derval Mc Mahon, Teaching assistant, Monaghan

“Thank you for exposing us to and sharing the culture of this great land! This is a trip we will never forget!” – The Derkin’s, Michael, Kathy (parents), Erin and Megan, (players)

“Thanks for everything, it was great getting back to my homeland. Remember your always welcome at my place” – Kevin Dolan, Madison Coach

“Barry and his coaches are the hardest working in the business. They consistently assess the current development of the players and see how to move them on to the next level” – Declan Brady, Teacher, Monaghan

“ You are a wonderful ambassador for your sport and your country. You have given us all wonderful lifelong memories that we’ll treasure always. Until the next time!” – Ben Muskin, Madison Coach

“Having the girls from America play in this tournament gives all involved another outlook on our sport. This will help all players at our club develop and hopefully when they look back at their sporting education they will reference this tournament as a moment of personal achievement.” – Tommy O’ Connor, Templeogue United, Ladies Director & Tournament Supervisor.

“BE.S.T. Sports and Youth Development are the leaders in Sports coaching for children. I have seen many people coach children but with B.E.S.T. their techniques in getting the children who don’t enjoy sport to take part and feel confident is amazing. I fully recommend B.E.S.T. and look forward to using some of their techniques myself.” – Nadia Mc Carthy, Primary school teacher, Co.Kildare

To whom it may concern;

Please allow this letter to serve as a reference for Mr. Barry Dolan. I have had the pleasure of working with “Coach Barry” as he is referred to for the past two seasons and in fact my daughter who is now 9 thought so much of Coach Barry that she attended every Summer camp session this past summer. The only reason was Coach Barry.

I have two older daughters 15 & 16, both who began in youth soccer eventually ending up playing in our premier programs. My oldest actually assisted in the coaching with Barry and it is her I use as a benchmark in her assessment of coaches. We have seen the worst and we have seen the best. I myself ran one of the top ranked Premier clubs New England for four years so I know a tad myself and if Barry were available would hire him in a heartbeat. Presently I am a high school level basketball coach so I feel comfortable speaking on Barry’s behalf.

As a trainer, Barry brings an infectious enthusiasm to his style of training that allows players to do things they normally would not even attempt in the hands of others. His is a style mixed with humor and fun that encourages players to learn technique much faster than is the norm. Case in point, I have been working with 8 -9 year olds for years and the group I was charged with training this year was completely green and less athletic than most. We have not lost a match and in fact are frequently forced to play short or place restrictions on our players due to how strong we have become. The sole reason for this is that we have been blessed with one day a week of training with Barry.

Barry is someone I trust with my daughters and my players and in this day and age that is no small compliment. He will be sorely missed come next season as his presence is irreplaceable.

Should anyone wish to contact me to speak personally, please feel free to do so.

Yours in Soccer,

Brian Flaherty-MYSC coach and parent.
